This is the FIRST breakup seminar that brings you to understand that grief is a UNIVERSAL response to loss and everyone experiences it.
This is a breakup seminar for EVERYONE: women, men, gay, straight, young, old, getting out of a 6 week relationship or a 20 year marriage and everything in between.
Learn how to support and be supported.
Learn what you need and how to get to a happy life.
In this two-day workshop, participants are given the tools necessary to heal their loss, change their lives, and move on to healthy and happy relationships.
You will learn the importance of healing unresolved grief, looking at the patterns in your failed relationships, treating yourself well, raising your standards and developing boundaries.
Following the GPYB method of relating, you will improve ALL of your relationships: from significant others, friends, family, co-workers, children and even strangers in customer service who try to give you a hard time!
Do you wonder:
- How do you get past a breakup once and for all and go on to live the life they have always wanted?
- How is it possible to pick up the pieces when children are involved and/or you have to see your ex frequently?
- When, if ever, is it “okay” to break No-Contact?
- How do you get started on positive/life changing behaviors and attitudes that will take you to the next step?
- Is it really possible to heal a broken heart and find the person meant for you?
- Is it possible to learn to see red flags and subtle signs that someone is no good for you?
- Is it possible to know when you’re ready to date and to enjoy it?
- Is it possible to start a new and healthy relationship after a breakup from a dysfunctional relationship?
- Is it really possible to forgive and forget your ex and move on with your life?

TESTIMONIALS
I had a wonderful time meeting others who are active on the blog. I laughed, I cried and I learned a lot.
Coming to NYC for the first time to go to a conference for the first time was scary, but doing so has changed my life forever.
Everything was amazing!
I was stuck in my process. I felt as if I was spinning my wheels and wouldn’t ever get it. And then I went to the GPYP weekend. I came back and was able to take the steps I needed to take to move on.
I needed validation that I was okay and that my process was normal. I got that and much much more. The weekend was invaluable.
It might seem like hyperbole to say that the weekend changed my life, but it did and I am more motivated than ever to do the work and put the past clearly in the past.
Being good to me was just a fuzzy concept until I went to this weekend and really started to put me first.Meeting people from the blog was scary at first but we quickly became friends. I traveled a long way to attend and it was worth every dime. Not only was the seminar fantastic, but I spent 2 extra days in NYC and it was the best decision I ever made. Be good to you and GO to future seminars!
I had never done anything like this before in my life! I’m just a small-town girl. I booked a room in New Jersey because NYC rooms were too high. The hotel assured me it would be no problem getting to Manhattan. It wasn’t! I was a bit overwhelmed getting to the seminar but we went to dinner that night and everyone in the group (including Susan) walked me around after the dinner and then took me to the bus station. It was such a great experience. I can’t wait to go again!
Attend this seminar and you will change in ways you cannot even imagine. I was noticing new changes months after I attended. So good.
I read the book. I did the work. I have a therapist. But going to the weekend made everything click.
LOVED meeting everyone. Great material. Great setup. Good food. Totally worth it.
It’s a lot of stuff to cram into one weekend and I was overwhelmed at times but would do it again. If you go, pace yourself. I was getting emotional at minute one and I should have relaxed more.
It was fun going to dinner and just getting to know people aside from all the stories about heartache. Made me feel not crazy and not alone.
Loved it. Tough stuff but loved it.
